Information and purposes
We use your name, email address or telephone number, and any company name, equipment details and message you choose to provide, to respond to your enquiry, clarify requirements, prepare assessments or quotations and arrange related business follow-up. We do not sell enquiry data or add it to unrelated advertising lists.
Your choice
The form asks for your name and either an email address or telephone number so we can respond. Other fields are optional. You can browse without submitting an enquiry. Please do not submit passwords, identity documents, confidential process information, sensitive personal data or information about others without authorisation.
Service providers and disclosure
Netlify provides website hosting and form handling. Enquiries are accessed by personnel handling your request and by service providers supporting the form and business email workflow. If input from an external supply source is needed, we aim to share the necessary technical requirement first. We will confirm the scope before sharing your contact details unless otherwise permitted or required by law.
Overseas processing and protection
Our service providers may process or store information outside Singapore, including in the United States and other locations. We use access controls and limit access to people who need the information for the enquiry. Appropriate arrangements are required for overseas processing; this notice is not a certification of any provider.
Retention, access and correction
We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, related business follow-up and applicable legal or business requirements. Records should be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. You may request access or correction, ask about our use of your data, or withdraw consent by email. We may need to verify your identity and explain any applicable limitations or consequences, such as being unable to continue handling the enquiry.
Cookies and technical requests
This website does not currently use advertising trackers, cross-site remarketing or visitor behaviour analytics. Hosting and form services may process IP addresses, browser information and request times for delivery, security and spam prevention. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical request needed to serve them. We will update this notice and any applicable choices before introducing non-essential tracking.
Catalogue and third-party names
Equipment and component listings are reference information, not real-time inventory. Availability, condition, compatible revisions, repair feasibility and lead time require individual confirmation. Third-party names such as AMAT and LAM and their part numbers identify equipment and components only; they do not imply OEM authorisation, certification or partnership.
